THE anticipation for the 2024 GRAMMYs intensifies as The Recording Academy confirms Nigerian singer Damini Ogulu, globally known as Burna Boy, as one of the distinguished performers at the prestigious awards ceremony. The announcement, made on Monday, revealed that the City Boy crooner will captivate the audience at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on February 4.

The Recording Academy took to their official channels to share the exciting news, highlighting Burna Boy’s inclusion alongside acclaimed artists Luke Combs and Travis Scott. The Academy posted on their official handle, ‘Attention: African Giant @BurnaBoy will take the #GRAMMYs stage on Sunday, February 4th at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT on @CBS.’

Burna Boy’s participation in the 2024 GRAMMYs holds particular significance as he earned three nominations for his outstanding contributions to the music industry. The Afro-fusion maestro is vying for the Best Melodic Rap Performance award with Sittin’ On Top Of The World, Best Global Music Performance for Alone, and Best African Music Performance for City Boys.

Fans worldwide can witness Burna Boy’s electrifying performance on February 4, starting at 3 PM GMT/ 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT, broadcasted live on CBS.
