RUSSIAN President Vladimir Putin and South African President Cyril Ramaphosa engaged in a phone call where they discussed the Black Sea grain deal and an African peace initiative on Ukraine, according to a statement from the Kremlin on Saturday.
During the conversation, Putin emphasised to Ramaphosa that the commitments made to facilitate Russian food and fertiliser exports by removing obstacles had not been fully met, with the grain deal set to expire on Monday, the Kremlin stated.
